I discovered my "problem" in the middle of the night. I was horrified and panicked; I live alone and had no idea what to do; I was highly stressed and couldn't even think straight. I went on line and found The Bedbug Store. I was so relieved to find clear concise information and an easily obtainable solution. I immediately got rid of my mattress and washed all bedding in extremely hot water. Once my products arrived, I followed the instructions for treatment (cleaning, steaming, spraying, dusting). I have not found any bugs (other than those that were obviously on/in my mattress), so I may not have needed everything included in the super pack, but I am glad I went for this deal. The steamer is useful for many things (steaming wrinkles out of clothes, cleaning pet bed). I love the microscope; after my initial scare, everything looks like a "bug"; it is reassuring to find, upon examination... this is just lint, food, dirt, etc. You get enough product to treat everything - even for follow up, if necessary. The only other thing(s) you will need would be the mattress cover(s) - don't forget to get 2 of them if you have box springs; I also got one for my foam mattress topper. It may seem like a lot of money, but you cannot put a price on peace of mind; it was well worth every penny (plus... free shipping); I could not be happier!

At first, I was skeptical about a chemical based bed-bug killing product. I had heard that the bed bugs were extremely resistant to chemical treatments. I thought I was going out on a limb to buy these products, but I was AMAZED at how well the spray and dust powder worked to instantly KILL ALL BUGS! This whole kit eliminated every trace of bed bugs. I didn't have a bad infestation (yet) but I was so stressed out from the moment I saw the first one. The products arrived extremely fast and as soon as I had them, I followed the easy-to-use instructions. I am so happy I found this website and products, and I am prepared if I ever have a problem like this again. I am impressed! (And thank you for the discreet packaging! To me, bed bugs were so embarrassing even though I know they can get anyone at anytime.) Thanks again!

I had killed about 5 bed bugs and wasn't sure if there were more but I was sufficiently freaked out. Did an exhaustive research online and came across this product and went for the whole kit. I've used the powder before in my plants around the house to get rid of gnats and it worked well on that. Purchased mattress and boxpring covers. Steamed everything. Let it dry and then sprayed with that solution. Let it dry and then encased everything. Vacuumed all around my bed, the frame, my headboard, everything. Put the powder around the steel bed frame. Cleaned and sprayed all the baseboards and deposited powder there too. I also used those climbup interceptors for my night stands and I put the glue traps around my bed. I make sure none of my furniture is touching the wall or my bed. I'm almost through a week and I haven't had one bite. I check my frame, the floor, those interceptors every other day, and I haven't found anything. I'll wait the required 2 weeks and then vacuum all the powder up (this way the powder is in the dust bag and I don't have to throw it out every time I vacuum - that can get very expensive very fast) and respray and put fresh powder down again. I'll keep this up for a few months until I'm confident there aren't anymore. I think I caught this before it became an infestation but I just want to be sure. I'm happy with everything I purchased. The solution doesn't smell that bad at all and with the window open for a few hours, the smell dissipated quickly enough. I feel very confident that I'm on my way to eradicating this problem. Would highly recommend this product to anyone dealing with bed bugs. Worth every penny!

The same day I got it in the mail, I took some of the powder and put it into a bottle, and found some bedbugs and put them in there.. And within two days they were gone!!! It had made those bedbugs turn into dust (Which is great!!)
The powder is very unpleasant (the smell).
But the spray smells great, and It's a great thing that it is safe to use! I also took the spray and tested it out!! And within minutes, the bug started to die!!!
It really works, I doubted this product at first, but it put a HUGE dent in our infestation!!!! I used to wake up with hundreds of bites on one arm, but now, I wake up with one or two bites!! Were going to keep doing it until the whole infestation is completely gone!!!
So far so good!! You've got a GREAT product here and should be advertised a lot more!! Not just on the internet, but on TV also, and the radio!! :)

I have been using this product since I had a bed but infestation back in 2007. These are the ONLY products I use--the Bed Bug Patrol Spray and Crawling Dust. These products work to rid my home of any crawling pests. I spray it at least once a week around my beds and clothing near the bed as a precaution. This method has worked for me ever since my infestion problem was gone. I LOVE this product. Whenever I run low, I reorder. These products are a must have in my home. I am crawling bug free! Thanks for a great product!!!
